Good webhosting?

I'm looking to relocate to a reliable host with very good uptime. My current host is erratic - it'll drop out 10 minutes here and there, sometimes longer, almost every day! And not some 3am downtime either, like at 2pm - prime time for traffic.

My main concerns are cost ($10 a month or less would be ideal but will consider something a little pricier). At least 1GB of server space (preferably more), and I don't use tons of bandwidth, 5-10GB sould be good.

Myself I use Rackspace. Pricey, but a good host. Plus they are pretty fast too.
