windows server 2003, cs2, app server, music server. Stuff like that

I would think the 3800 would beat the 805 in most apps, but who can beat the price? $130 vs whatever the 3800 is worth.

In short no, the 3800 X2 will in most cases even beat the 820, if your looking for higher performance get the X2 your just trying to save some money while getting a dual core then the pentium d is your cpu.

i alread have an 3800x2 what i was tryin to decide is to sell all of this and buy that 802 if it was better

In this case AMD > Intel in just about every application.
