Oops!! "Restore Point" help Please! (Apache Tomcat/5.0.27)

I recently used X-Cleaner and other various spyware/trojan/malaware removal programs, but never made "restore points", and now I am getting a "Apache Tomcat/5.0.27" error when trying to go to certain web pages. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have an older resore point you can use?
Did your registry cleaner make a back up copy of the registry?
If all else fails you can do a windows repair reinstallation. It would mean having to reinstall all of your Windows updates as well, but you would not lose any data or have to reinstall programs. Good luck with it.
