Found my max overclock..

I seem to of found my max overclock at 3.8 but that is still with stock voltages..in my bios my options are only to up the voltage by 3..6... or 9% which one should i choose??

always start at the lowest, unless you are trying to find absolute max overclock with what voltage you are able to give the CPU.
