Article says that these processors were able to run at about 70% this speed at room temperature. I'm guessing that the processor isn't actually useful in a desktop application though since the processor was probably designed for pure Ghz instead of work performed.

they were just indivituale transistors it wasnt a proccessor plus they were bjt so they always draw power

There's another article about that I read in the folding section. It said at room temperature it runs at 350ghz, 500ghz froze w/ helium, and has a 1000ghz potential.
