Help on an OCZ rma

I've got some OCZ Gold VX ram that one stick won't pass mem test even well within the standards. I have contaced them a few times asking for the rma form so i can get this fixed, and have never been emailed back, or contaced at all. Any help you guys can give me would be appreciated.
