heat sink and fan for 4800+

i bought an oem amd 64 X2 dual core 4800+. what would be the best quiet fan and heat sink for this cpu. i plan on overclocking. the mobo is an Asus M2N32-SLI wireless. i don't really have a price range, it don't have to be top of the line but i want a pretty good one. thanks
