this MSI i got with my xp (Free from the xpp giveaways) has got togo, since ive added my geforece 3 it wont overclock anymore, it just keeps resetting the bios

what should i get i was thinking

What sort off PSU are you using? I willing to bet that new GeForce drinks more power than your old graphics card. When I switched from a PCI GeForce to an AGP, I lost about 30MHz a second PSU sorted my problems out.
