what would you say the max temp at load of an opteron175 is mine is running at core0-43c and core1-53c @1.5 volts is this too high

I'd say 55c on the safer side, 60c on the safe side.

That difference is a little high. my two cores are only 4c different at most. But ya, as long as you keep it below 65c your fine.

It's not uncommon to see a 5-10c difference inbetween temps.
