Keep my older CRT monitor ?

I will soon have a new NEC 20WMGX2. Hope I like it but the real question is should I keep my NEC 19 inch MultSync FE950+ ? The only thing I hate most about CRT monitors is the heat they produce and the computer room gets pretty warm in the summer time. I am hoping the new LCD monitor can help a lot with this problem but you still have the pc tower to deal with.
