What is everyones opinion on a graphics card for around $200?
My thoughts were one of these two:
SAPPHIRE 100186L Radeon X1950XT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16
HIS Hightech H195XTQT256DVN-R Radeon X1950XT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16
I heard sapphire is as good as ati retail but how is Hightech never heard of them.

If you dont recommend one of the above:
Which would you recommend?
How much does it cost (preferably link)?
Why is this better then some you would expect?

(Hint: goes in system with specs below)

sapphire is good because they are cheap and make pretty much every ati card out there, but ive heard mixed things about their support/warranty. that said i own a sapphire(and have owned two before this) and all have worked fine, ive never had to deal with warranty.

ive never owned a HIS but from what i hear around here its one of the better brands for ati. i personally would also recommend asus and powercolor(i believe powercolor comes with a free accelero cooler, handy cuz the 1950 gets hot with stock cooler).
