building a rig for the dad with an e2180; i need a motherboard that is:

simple to overclock just past 3Ghz (i.e. change fsb and mem freq settings)
has onboard video that will do 1920x1200
has raid

The rig is for software development and economics number crunching. Probably overkill even for that but what the heck. Personal experience or hearsay welcomed. If you think I'd fare better with a regular motherboard with cheapo video card, please suggest a combination.

damn it, i went ahead and got one of these guys:

ABIT IP35 LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
$129.99

+

MSI NX8400GS-TD256E GeForce 8400GS Support up to 512M (256MB onboard) 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail 46.99

mostly because of people warning that i will have problems with vista aero. at the same time, i can't imagine that no one is running vista with onboard video.

If you can beat $180 for RAID and decent video, please drop a note.
