Where did you hear of a buyout? Man, I really hope that happens. I have 4 ensipre cards on HTPCs and stuck with them because they were almost half as much as the Auzentech. Since they use the same reference board and perform exactly the same, the price difference is ridiculous. But their support is not very good and Azuentech's is much better.
