My Dell OPTIPLEX 280 and pressing F1

Hello.

You may have remembered me writing my dilema with my Dell Optiplex 280 a few months ago. Thanks to those who participated in that thread, the problem is resolved. Thank you.

I now face another dilema.

Everytime I start the computer it searches for a floppy drive (Which is not installed) and won't start until I press F1.

Where in Bios can a prevent this from happening?

Go to boot order and remove it from the list. I leave my hard drive as #1 and adjust if I need to use the optical to install windows.

You may also want to find the floppy controller in the BIOS and disable it.

It is working properly, and boots XP with the bar only going across once.
