Vusta keeps crashing.

For some odd reason my PC keeps crashing I have Vista X64 bit and its been fine but every so often it just crashes. I think it might be either my SATA cable or my HDD some one please help me.

This is the last error message that I got from BSOD.

It sais kernel_data_inpage_error.

WTF? is that?

please help me please and tell me my MOBO isn't Effed in the A.

Boot to the Vista WinRE command prompt, following the instructions here...

How to use the Command Prompt in the Vista Windows Recovery Environment

... and at the prompt type chkdsk C: /r

and if that shows nothing, test your ram using memtest
