SLI Results - what am I doing Wrong?

I must be missing something..
Prolly something Silly..

But I can't seem to find why my Results with SLI are so Pathetic.

in 3Dmark05
1st card alone Scored a: 11717
2nd Card alone Scored: 11779

When I place both Cards in.
Add The Bridge.
Enable SLI in the Driver settings:

I get a measly: 12080




This is with two Evga 8800GTS 640MB
Running on a ASUS P5N32-E SLI

If i'm not mistaken. SLI helps the MOST when you're running very high resolution. What resolution are you gaming at?

Would LOVE to see what i would get with QUAD SLI

I have a pair of EVGA 8800GTS (512MB) in SLI and those are similar numbers to what I am scoring in my other system.

I just got into benchmarking a few days ago....I dont know if those are good scores for this system listed below? But that is what that system of mine is scoring at.

System specs....
ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe
AMD 6000+ @ 3.3GHz
EVGA 8800GTS x2 SLI @ 773/1931/1008
Kingston HyperX DDR2 800 (3GB)
WD 500GB
Corsair 620w

Try games rather than benchmarks. Sli barely scales at all in 3dmark especially, 05/06 are old so for maximum fps, all is needed is a good cpu. With dual 8800gts 512mb and a quad at 3.6Ghz I got 18,500 in 06.
