Not going to be much help here, hopefully someone else will come along, However where I would start=
"C:\DOCUME~1\Tom\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERdc6f.dir00
\sysdata.xml"

So I would take a look in Temp files of the User Tom for Werd, or just do a search for Werdc6f on your drive. That looks like a registry item dealing with sysdata and an xml setting.

Not much help, but perhaps a start.

Test your RAM w/ Memtest86+, and perform a spyware scan of your system. If your memory passes Memtest and the spyware scan came up clean, check out the following MSDN Library article...

Bug Check 0x50: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/ms793437.aspx

... and also Jim Eshelman's site:

That's not a signature error. That's a crash dump telling you that Windows XP crashed with STOP: 0x00000050 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

A classic warning sign of unstable RAM.
