Motherboard Gigabyte EP45-UD3R
CPU Q6600 (Go Stepping)
2 x Samsung M3 78T5663RZ3-CF7 (2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM)
ATI RADEON 4850 512mb

I'm trying to get my Q600 stable at 3.4ghz but I'm not sure about how to change the DRAM settings. These are my current settings in the BIOS.

Any tips?

Your RAM voltage maybe too low. Try 1.92v (with 333 FSB you souldnt need it, but in my mobo I use 1.92 from 333 to 400 FSB, and it works OK).
Also, I would not play with advanced settings on the RAM. Leave it auto, if you can (do not know your mobo).
Nothing to do with it, but check if your RAM is capable of 4-4-4-14.
Also, check lat. to 2N.

I used Lavalys Everest Ultimate Edition to check my system specs. This is the RAM info:
DIMM1: Samsung M3 78T5663RZ3-CF7 2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (6-6-6-18 @ 400 MHz) (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz).
What does this mean?
Also, check lat. to 2N. How can I do this?

your ram is reporting 5-5-5-15 at 333 FSB. Since your at that speed leave it like that. Maybe you could squeeze it to 4 but , leave it.
2N is for memory timing. 2N is more stable , 1N is used to overclock RAM.
Since you are looking for stability, use 2N.
try raising your voltage to 1.92 and let me know
set ram to 5-5-5-15 and leave everything else to auto

^^^ from the post it looks like his board is trying to run both of the ram @ dual channel 400 mhz ... if thats true , raise your bolts and loosen those timings slgihtly.
