Just a question these are 1600mhz 8 8 8 21 2t at 1.6-1.65 I dont get what that last part means 1.6 - 1.65 what shoud I run these at and can these be clocked higher? or tigtened up timings? anyone have any experience with them?

1.6-1.65 is the recommended voltage to give them in the BIOS menu

It'll look like 1.65v in the BIOS.

If you want to make your ram run faster, you have to give it more voltage, generally speaking.
