The board isnt the issue for air overclocking. The board will do 500+ FSB. Its the chip that will be the limit with that board (and frankly most others). Its not a low multi Q9450 where you need 500FSB to hit 4Ghz.
3.2GHz should be a cake-walk. 3.6GHz is the norm around 1.45v. And you might be able to get 3.7-3.8GHz if you like to push the limits. 4GHz might be benchmark stable if you're into that sort of thing.
