Benchmarking and Gaming freezes

PROBLEM: In 3dmark06 pryogen(i 4got the spelling) its all normal and fps matches up... but then firefly would freeze in like 3-5mins

In gaming.... Combat Arms would freeze also when am shooting a person and crash and just freezes.... with 2x antilising (duno how to spell)

NO BSODs= not hardware? just software?

I think i got bad ram? used to bsod or freeze at loading bar when i put both in blue slots but wont do tat 2 a single stick both of them.......

runin at rez 1280x1024 ingame and 3dmark06

sumtimes my moniter itself would adjust to 1680x1050

Can you check you 12 volt rail, from your psu, while you are benching or gaming?
You can try an increase in the vcore, if temps allow.
Does this issue happen at stock speeds?

ergh.... i hate tests... but i tried only single sticks of ram one by one and they passed the bench! EDIT each stick is stable ingame when shooting people etc. coincidence? i disabled nvidia gpu ex and uninstalled force-ware task manager

disabled nvidia gpu ex and got nforce and still a problem! well ama goona cry ma self to sleep and its 3 in the morning...
