I broke my new motherboard and need a quick replacement and the store nearest to me has this mobo. But I need a mobo with support for AM3 and DDR3 ram 1333 or 1600! If this heatsink wont fit PLEASE recommend me another mobo that will work with what I just listed!

IT should fit. as long as you still have the AMD lever for mounting the HSF then your fine. Not much pressure is needed to mount AMD hs with the lever.
