OK... So I think I have changed my mind from Sapphire to the XFX version because of the double lifetime warranty.

Which one of these is better?

Do i need to worry about not changing voltage for good overclocking on the non-reference PCB? I think the first one would be a lot quieter because of the larger fan. Anyone have either of these? Would be going into an Antec 902 Case...

Well, you're not without knowing that the non-reference cooler will dump most of the heat inside the case, and not the reference card.

Overclocking? If so, voltage tweaking support is quite important to achieve sweet clocks.

Cheers! :)

OK... BUT what about quietness?
Heat inside case? Pffffft! I just got an Antec 902!!! It is like a wind tunnel!!

I have two of the non reference XFX 5870s and they're cool and quiet in comparison to a reference design. You cannot change the voltage on them, however, without a volt mod.

At 50% fan speed, running Furmark Xtreme Burning, they never go over 60c
