He's actually called me at home on a weekend to remedy a problem I was having so customer service is #1 with these guys for sure! I bought a water block for a video card that showed in stock but come to find out it wasn't in stock and I wasn't happy so he called me at home and actually gave me the block for free. Great operation over there, they got a customer for life!
