i7 930 + 1600Mhz Ram Over-clocking question

Guys i have a i7 930, ASus R3III + 6gb Corsair kit 1600Mhz CMP6GX3M3A1600C8

According to Intel's specs, this cpu does not allow to work with 1600MHz RAM?

Only allows Memory Types DDR3-800/1066 according to their website

In order for the RAM to run at it's rated DDR3-1600, it needs to be overclocked from the default of DDR3-1066. At a default BCLK of 133, the default DRAM ratio is 2:8 for an effective 533MHz DRAM frequency. By upping the DRAM ratio to 2:12, the effective DRAM frequency becomes 800MHz.
