So at work we use outlook, after a time the to section, starts to remember names you use often.

We moved to new desks, is there a way to make that info carry over?

You can export just about everything from outlook but that... I dont belive its an MRU either. Probably only way would be an image of the OS... I'll let you know if I figure something out.

you want to find the .nk2 file

In XP by default it is located c:\documents and settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

On the old machine if possible.

I copied everything from the old outlook folder and pasted it into the new, overwriting the files there. Was just like I never reinstalled.

When I did my Windows 7/Office 2010 transition here, I had to do this.

1. Copy the N2K file to %appdata%\user\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
2. Start > Run command outlook.exe /importnk2 from the Win7 machine
