GTX 480 Inno3D Cooler?

Hi,
wondered if anyone's had any experience with these?
Inno3D i-Chill Hawk Graphics Card Cooler for GTX 480 Cards £20+post.
Seems very cheap compared with other after market coolers, Zalman for example. I cant find any reviews, only the 470.
Need to bring my temps down.

TDP limit is listed at 200w, which a gtx480 can actually exceed fwiw.
