I'm a little rusty

My CPU listed in my signature is running at stock speeds of 2.53 at 9.5 multiplier

Well I noticed today after a long time of not checking that is switching back and forth from the 2.53 with 9.5 to 1600 with x6 multiplier.

Why is it suddenly not able to run at stock speeds?

Nvm I got it.

In case anyone was wondering it was an obscure setting that was labeled all stealth like in the bios, apparently I never noticed it. It basically just reduces the cpu speed to conserve power and thermal paste etc.
