Problems with my setup

hey guys
i just bought this bundle:

Intel Core i3 530 Overclocked @ 4.2Ghz Dual Core CPU Processor
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Intel H55 DDR3 Crossfire Micro ATX HDMI Motherboard
Corsair 4GB 2x 2GB 1600MHz XMS DDR3 Memory
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler

I put everything together and now wen i switch on my pc the monitor screen is blank and the PSU is making crazy noises (never did that this morning on my old pc)

The PSU im using is 450W. My motherboard shows 4 lights and in the manual it says 4 lights = CPU LOADED and im not exactly sure of what that means.

does anyone know whats going on ?

PSU is bust. Get a new one.
That's seriously the best advice. Unless your PSU is still under warranty... no, just get a new one. Check the recommended PSU list on the forum to choose from.
