Seriously, I discovered my Athlon's core is chipped in the upper left hand corner when I took off my heatsink. My computer runs fine, unless I'm just used to it cause' that's all I've ever had, with it on so is it safe to keep using the same processor? Or will I damage it some more if I keep using it? Don't have much money for now so I can't go out and just buy another one, but isn't it supposed to be doing something to my computer with it being cracked and all...

Ya no need to change it if it works fine, its justs a little chip then, nothing else, replace only when you have to, or when upgrading.

I have a legendary AXIA with a chip on every corner !

This 1.2 AXIA runs at 1433 stable LOL.

If you see sig I have upgraded system and my AXIA is now in a office machine at 1.2 running perfectly with all of its happy chips.
