960T and a Hyper 212+. I have the 212+ and it's good, and I assume the 960T will be fine too. I have the Phenom II 955 overclocked to 3.8GHz (on the 212+), and it runs at good temperatures. Handles whatever I throw at it (mostly light gaming and encoding video at 720p for a stream).

I'm going to assume you need a new power supply, if you still have the 250W that's in the specs there. You might be able to get by with 500W, but I picked the 600W version just in case:

And that leaves about $180 for the GPU. I'd get this one:

Plus, you get Dirt 3 for free :p.

Right on, I agree with Whitefang. I used the psu calculator on NewEggs site with the system specs and cpu and gpu selected and it came out to 401 watts. I did round the memory up to 6 gb though to be safe since it only went up to 4gb in the menu and that system has 5 gb.

I agree with the choice of Sapphire 6870 GPU,,, I used one till I changed to the MSI r6950 Twin frozr I use now,,,, You cant get better Power and value for the money in my opinion,, a very good card,, I Run a phenom 965BE cpu clocked to 4.1ghz and play any game I want maxed out,,,Good luck with your build.
