issues installing windows

I got my hardware back in my system and tried installing windows 7, but I get a message saying file may be corrupt or missing-tried installing windows 8 and get a message saying it has failed-also got a message last night saying something about my bios while trying to install windows-what do you think is the true issue(harddrives,dvds,bios on mobo)? I think its my windows disks(I've used them a few times if you know what I mean)funny thing is if i take the hard drive out and install it in another system I can load windows on it, then put it back in my original system and it works(maybe registry issues?????)

Dirty/scratch on the disk? Did you burn the disk ya self or is it an OEM??

2 of the win7 disks are oem..I just think I need to get a "NEW" windows disk-whatever version it may be...

Maybe, Do you have another DVD/CD/BD - ROM? Might have a dirty lazer eye.
