In Turkey there is no liquid for water cooling. I can find only distilled water. Any advice about it?

Have you read the stickies? I'm pretty sure it states extraordinarily clearly in there that distilled water with a biocide is the BEST way to go for cooling.

I read it and it is good. But in Turkey there is no biocide. What can I use for biocide?

Buy .999 silver sliver from a jewler. You can see what it looks like in the stickies, or Google Ianh Silver Killcoil, ask the jeweler to make one, should be pretty cheap.
