Set flag to -smp, still running uniprocessor

Title says it all. I ran fah with the -configonly flag from cmd prompt and set the -smp flag in advanced options but HFM still indicates that I'm running a uniprocessor client.

What do?

If the client had already downloaded a wu, it will finish that one before the change will take effect......

Thanks guys. I followed the guide correctly, but it did indeed start a work unit. If it doesn't reset after this wu, I'll clear out my working directory and start fresh.
