7950 not being seen at all. dead?

rig specs
Evga SLI LE 1366
i7 E5520 @2.27ghz (stock)
1350w PSU enermax platiumx
2x4gb ram
GPUs varys from these 5
6950
6970
sapphire 7950 (working)
XFX 7950 (working)
XFX 7950 (the one with the issue)

note I tried running only 1 GPU and all 5
if I only run this 7950 no display
I tried running a extra GPU (take your pick)
and it only will see the working one, the 7950 does not get detected in Bios or windows
the post tells me how many GPUs found it cant find this 7950

im thinking just RMA it
but that leaves a question the other working xfx 7950 has a fan that does not spin well and has wear on it will they accept it with the damage fan? (I will post pics later)

I dont understand why you want to return the working card with the broken fan...isnt the other one broken?

one does not work at all
the other 7950 one fan runs slow(damaged) so I was planning on swapping the fan but I don't want it to affect the RMA so I was unsure if I could swap the fan or not

Dunno about your xfx, but my sapphire had a little foam like bond between the PCB and fan so they could tell if it was removed. Check the xfx warranty to see if removing the heatsink voids the warranty.

the heatstink has stickers but the cover can be removed with void the warranty

working gpu with damage fan

what fans look like newish

think they will fan the damage fan? with the broken GPU or not take it because of the fan if I move it
