Overlcoking haswell...need higher speed memory?

Do I need to get higher rated ram than 1600mhz if I am overclocking haswell?

I want to make sure I get the correct speed memory. Looking to OC haswell to about 4.2 or 4.3.

Nope. The past couple generations of CPU's you can leave the memory speed at stock while just overclocking the CPU. I would get 1600-1866 CL9 1.5v ram of your choice.
