D-Tek TC-4 WB?

Anyone used/tested/seen this block at D-Tek? Looks pretty standard but the "turbulators" also peeked my interest, turbulance is good right?? Just wondering. I've got all my parts except my WB and I'm stuck between the Maze-3 and this maybe (cant use the spiral cause I have a 1/2" system).

Dunno, but Danny claims that he has CPU temps almost identical to water temps. That's assuming that I didn't misunderstand him, of course. Or confused it with one of the new waterblocks he's working on. If true, that would be phenomenal performance.
