I was wondering what size Tygon tubing to use with 1/2" OD fittings on a Black Ice Extreme Rad & Eheim 1250 Pump.

You should be able to use 1/2" or 3/8" with tygon, its stretchy more so then even silicon, and you could use either with silicon.

Tygon tubing owns too btw -- 
Good choice. I recently got my whole setup and already had ordered 1/2" thickwall silicone tubing before reading and hearing about Tygon. I wish I had ordered Tygon and will soon be changing over anyhow..
