PNY all the way.

The Visionteks that I have seen have not overclocked as high.

id suggest you to read as many reviews as you can of both the cards then to find out the best.

They are both quality cards. If you are going with a Geforce 3 I would have to say Visiontek if you want a Geforce 4 I would have to say PNY, just because of the overclocks I have seen.

if you are getting a Ti200, the best is with Gainward. but if you have to pick from the 2, i would suggest Visiontek, they can OC pretty high(see my sig).
i was getting 9006 in 3dmark with 245/550(Corb&AS), now i added a 1u cooler and new ramsink, i can go to 250/560...and i plan to go higher with a Vmod...anyway, go for VisionTek!!!
