I was just trying to boot above 200fsb with my abit NF7-S(10.5x202). of course it did not boot and just hung up. So i had to clear the cmos. So i tried to boot at 10.5x200 (which is a stable speed, because i can get my oc higher) and i was unstable. Most of the time i could not get the windows icons to load up.
So did i just lose the 10.5 multiplier by trying to get above 200 with it?

no, how old is your board, what bios revision are you using??? do you have cpu interface enabled???? what vcore/vdimm/vdd voltages are you using????

sounds like the age old problem with the bios to me, if youve got cpu interface enabled, try turning it off, you'll loose a lot of speed, but it will let you know if thats causing the problem

have you tried using the original d10 bios for that mobo???
