I knew ATMIN was right but went looking anyway because I had just gotten a new laptop drive and was surprised to hear such a thing. I was sure I had seen one, but apparently all I had seen were 1tb drives ... until I ran across this:

be aware that it is a WD green and they are meant to spin down when when not in use for energy conservation. I dont know how that will work with a PS4. Also the description states that it will not fit a regular laptop because it is 15mm high. I also dont know if that matches PS4 specs.
Essentially ATMIN is still correct unless this oddball will fit the bill
