Hello, at work my gf has one of those HP all-in-one and she's like to add a second monitor (which we have ready for her).
The monitor has the usual VGA/DVI ports but that desktop has no such ports.

It is possible to plug the 2nd monitor via a USB? what kind of DVI/VGA - USB adapter would I need for that?

thank you

Is there a DisplayPort on the All In One?
We use a DisplayPort to DVI for our dual monitor setups.

Otherwise - there are several USB->DVI adapters which I've used (Laptop + 2 screens)

The two links are the products I'm using now. They're both Lenovo branded (As all our devices at work are Lenovo's) but I'm sure there's plenty of equivalent products out there.

Assuming it's a HP Z1 AIO it has a display port for a 2nd monitor. One small but VERY important cravat.... there are ONLY certaian monitors it's compatible with.... HP DreamColor LP2480zx Professional Display, HP ZR30w 30-inch S-IPS LCD Monitor, HP ZR2740w 27-inch LED Backlit IPS Monitor, HP ZR2440w 24-inch LED Backlit IPS Monitor,
HP ZR24w 24-inch S-IPS LCD Monitor, HP ZR2240w 21.5-inch LED Backlit IPS Monitor, HP ZR2040w 20-inch LED Backlit IPS Monitor

Hi, thanks for answers (so far). Sorry I forgot to add, no display port (at least I didn't see any) but I'll check again

OK, had it confirmed that the pc is this one - hp pro all-in-one 3520 business pc - which, I believe has 2xUSB 3.0, 4xUSB 2.0, 1xRJ-45, 1x memory card reader, 1x mic jack, 1x heahphones jack, 1x audio out.

So I take it, DVI/VGA to USB is the only option here?

From the looks of it, yup that would be your only option.
