3D V-NAND

Samsung's news announcement at the link below. Seems that they've spent 10 years thinking we all need 3D NAND flash. Shoot, I didn't even know I needed 2D NAND until 10 years ago?????

Well, it's only a week later and Samsung has announced server products with a hint a soon-to-retail products based upon V-NAND.
