Hello,
I have a home theater system from LG - DVD Reciever LH-T6345D with 3 LHS-T6345T speakers and 1 LHS-T6345W Subwoofer.
The thing is they can never work all at the same time with the same volume while listening to music(I am using AUX port) and when I change sound mode the sound is not equal some speakers have more volume than others and I don't like that.DVD Reciever is 50W, speakers are 50W and subwoofer is 120W.
Can I connect them all to a receiver/amplifier to make them all work at the same time with the same sound and volume and will they be more powerful since I think that the DVD is not letting out enough power since all speakers are 50W and the Subwoofer is 120W it only has 50.
Thanks.

that's just how virtual surround works, and yeah, dvd units that old suck... you'll need a new receiver and all man, just the way it is.

From your picture, you only have 2.1 speakers (front L & R = Sub) not 5.1 which would be Front L & R, Center, Rear L & R + Sub. That alone will cause some of what you're issue is. Also unless your your input is separate, ie: 5.1, you won't get 5.1 from a stereo input.

I have 5.1...It's just they are not plugged in because they're not working..They were meant for special effects with this DVD.
And I know I'll need a new receiver/amplifier.Can you suggest me some cheap like 100euro or closest you can get to it?

I'm not familiar with European models, so not really, just go to a pawn shop, look on the back, and it should say multi-channel or 5.1 INPUT with RCA jacks for Center FR FL RR RL and Subwoofer, all Separate, those are inputs, not outputs like you've taken pictures of, that's what you'll want to plug in from your PC. As far as that LG dvd player&amp, useful only as a dvd player, hopefully it has an optical output or something to hook it up to a real stereo. sorry man, but it's kind of 10 year old junk.

try and keep the same impedance if possible, though you'll easily be able to blow the speakers with a modern receiver as most are 100 watts x channel @ 8ohms.

look for this on the back of your receiver: http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/graphics/infolib/homelib/h5.1chInput.jpg

(short answer yes, ditch ur DVD unit).

I don't have the input on the back, I only have Left/Right as I have pictured.
I don't have a pawn shop near me.
I am gonna search the internet, so I should search for 50W per per channel at 6ohms an 120W at 8ohms for the sub.
And if I find a 5.1 reciever with 5.1 RCA input all seperate will I need a sound card on my pc to support all those channels.

Thanks, so let me ask again
How much power per channel should I be looking for and the impendance so I don't blow my speakers.
The Sherwood RD-5405 is the closest I found to my DVD Receiver.
I've been searching for a few hours now, if anyone experienced can suggest me a receiver/amplifier I would be very thankful!

Too much power rarely blows speakers. Not enough power is the speaker killer. The amp starts clipping and the voice coil gives out.
Unless you have a receiver that will down mix 5.1 to stereo through five speakers , the output will almost always be different between the rear surrounds and front three "main" speakers. The rear channels were intended for the transients and sound effects in movies , not for the main body of the output.

Can you open up the receiver and post a picture? That would help us determine how good it is.

As for using it with a PC, check if it has a S/PDIF input. You'll want to use that or HDMI with a digital receiver, as the analog connections are equivalent to using VGA with a LCD monitor.

This ^. I would be surprised if it exceeds 15 watts per channel with 5 channels driven. Sherwood actually has some well built receivers. They are better than the price indicates. I think you'll find that unit ( RD-5405 ) a huge improvement over the LG. But that will be limited by the speakers. Upgrading is a slippery slope.

Okay, thanks I just wanted to know if the 60W will blow my speakers, but as I see it wont.

And also I didn't find the subwoofer input on the back of the reciever can anyone point me to it?

if you want it to be the loudest you need new speakers all together.

also your sub wont work with it, it has a pre-out that sends an audio signal to a powered subwoofer.

Sorry , I thought that was a powered subwoofer. Overall , I'm now leaning towards a home-theater-in-a-box solution. Onkyo has some relatively budget friendly solutions. Here http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-HT-S340...434667932&sr=1-16&keywords=Onkyo+home+theater or something like these http://www.amazon.com/Sony-DAVTZ140...&sr=1-8&keywords=sony+home+theater+system+5.1

Your requirements are going to put the hurt on your stated budget.

I only need a receiver, I have speakers.

you will either need a powered subwoofer along with said receiver or new speakers that will have some decent range.

either that or its going to sound like you have surround sound tweeters.

Yup. Or a separate subwoofer amp. Nothing new within your stated budget will do what you want well enough to be worth the cost. Have you checked your local used market ?
