512MB vs 1024MB DDRam Which to get?

I'm thinking of going to 1gig of ram too. Then I can turn of the stupid page file in windows xp. Prices are so cheap right now on ddr333 ram. Micron 512 pc2700 is $83 or $135cnd. My only problem is stabilty of system running 3 stick of ram @ 333mhz.

well i see a different form 256 to 512... a BIG one.. but 512->1gig im not quitwe so sure... if you do get a gig of it get fast ram so it will last you a few upgrades... like PC3200 or 3500...
