So far I've seen only some single 5950X at 4000 1:1. Not even one of my 5600X/5800X/5900X could boot at 3866+. The latest AGESA is not helping at all.
On the other hand, I was expecting better results. Something is clearly limiting these CPUs at more than ~3800. I see it's possible to make 4-5GB/s higher bandwidth going from 3600 to 3800 and only 1-2GB more at 4000. The same is on Ryzen 4000 when it's on the edge of stability at 4533 1:1. Then 4400 1:1 is not much slower.
