785GM-E65 HT ref

I cant seem to get the HT ref out of the 260's crying I have lowered everything and still no. Is there a weak clock generator on this board or is it in the BIOS (Idoubt it is the bios)?

Almost impossible to say but from past experience with these CPUs/MBs, I'd say it is BIOS/MB. I never invest in new MBs until they are proven to be good for my needs/major bug-less as most of them be full of bugs and inane shortcomings whcih should be worked out before release but they end up using enthusiast customers as the beta testers.

It also depends on the CPU you're using though which you haven't mentioned.

It is the 620 that easily takes a 300 ref clock on my biostar AM2+ boards.
