8gb timing

hi i have 2x2gb sticks of g skill ddr2 6400 on a evga 680i mb .i have timing set to 5 7 7 19@2t 1.9 volts i recently bought more 2x2 sticks of the same due to installation of cod ghosts. my question is should i back the overclock down to 4 4 4 12 because of the 4 sticks now have heard running 4 sticks on overclock stresses the motherboard or is that now true . thanks

lower numbers is tighter timings, so 44412 would be harder to do.
You could put them in and see if it works ok, run memtest etc.
If they are not the same sticks you may have to put them to even looser timings or slower speed.
