980 Ti SLI WC bridge

So i just got my second 980 Ti + EKWB full cover water block. I already have a "EK - FC BRIDGE DUAL SERIAL 3-SLOT CSQ" from a earlier build, but when i inspect it closer i noticed that the holes on the block was different, so the bridge did not fit.
The waterblock is the same as Titan X has from EKWB. So does it even exist a WC bridge or do i have to go tubing between the cards?

Have you checked any of the manuals or examples of a similar setup like yours?

Yes, the manual only explains the single GPU solution and google only gives me bridges available to XSPC and other brands
