Acceptable Opteron Dual Core Voltages?

If i can keep the temperatures within safe levels, can i run voltages of 1.6v through my 165 on a 24/7 basis without any long term damage? Maybe higher? What is the breaking point of the Opteron dual cores?

im considering going water cooling to try and get 3ghz+ at 1.6v

I've done those voltages for a long time I believe, all on air as well. As long as your heat is controlled, you should be fine.

IDK about 1.6v but 1.55v is safe enough for water ...
